58The complete body of work

All projects.

Context, what was actually built, and the capability it shows. Client identities are withheld and described by sector; government departments are named where the work is public record. Software entries describe AI-assisted building: I supplied the domain logic, specification, workflow decisions, testing and accountability.

58 entries shown

Unified WhatsApp Operations Platform

Commercial WhatsApp tooling is expensive, locked into SaaS, and requires surrendering customer conversation data to a third party. At the message volumes political and business operations run at, the real problem is no longer sending but triage. Through AI-assisted development, I created a complete self-hosted platform: unlimited accounts on one console, every incoming message consolidated into a single queue, AI-drafted replies for human review, instant escalation of priority messages, alongside a full commercial suite of conversational commerce, payment collection with mandatory human verification, CRM with consent tracking, segmented broadcast and multi-modal message analysis.

Stack. NestJS backend, React and Vite dashboard, WhatsApp Web engine via Puppeteer, all data local on SQLite, optional local LLM gateway. Transferable. Identifying a real market gap, specifying a multi-module product against it, and directing AI coding tools across backend, frontend, data, AI integration and third-party tooling until the full workflow operates as intended.

Self-Hosted Political Sentiment Intelligence System

Off-the-shelf sentiment tools handle English acceptably and Tamil poorly, which makes them close to useless for tracking real public conversation in Tamil Nadu. More importantly they are built for brand sentiment. Political conversation needs classification by narrative and intent. I defined and iterated a private bilingual engine through AI-assisted development: capturing sentiment across platforms at volume, classifying by narrative and intent, and converting the result into strategic reports with a toolkit setting out how to attack, defend or neutralise a given narrative.

Stack. FastAPI and SQLite backend, React reporting dashboard, classification tuned for bilingual and code-switched text against locally served models. Transferable. Applying domain and language knowledge to AI-assisted NLP tooling, then converting monitoring output into decision-ready action.

Private AI Infrastructure Buildout

Political and client data cannot responsibly be processed through third-party commercial AI APIs, and subscription costs scale badly with heavy use. I run a complete self-hosted environment: Ollama for model serving, Open WebUI for interface, Dify for application orchestration, SearXNG for private search and Stable Diffusion Forge for image generation, running open-weight and vision models with retrieval-augmented generation, and n8n orchestrating multi-step automations across models, data sources and reporting endpoints.

Outcome. Full AI capability with complete data sovereignty and no per-token cost exposure. This is the infrastructure sitting underneath most other projects here. Transferable. Practical configuration and operation of private LLM and retrieval tools for confidentiality-sensitive work.

Booth-Level Election Intelligence Dashboard

Constituency-level results are published, but the polling-station detail that actually drives campaign resource allocation sits locked inside official Form 20 documents in an unusable format. I designed the analytical logic and used AI-assisted development to produce a booth-level system covering a large set of Assembly Constituencies, structuring Form 20 records, mapping polling-station detail, and presenting swing and area comparisons through a web drill-down.

Outcome. Became the analytical foundation for a booth analysis tool presenting votes before versus now alongside a winnability score for every booth, used to direct candidate resource allocation. Transferable. Turning inaccessible official records into a decision-support product.

Automated Daily Media Scan & Distribution Tool

Media monitoring was being done by hand each morning, which meant it was late, inconsistent, and the first thing dropped when the team got busy. I specified and tested an AI-assisted tool that runs the full daily sweep across print, television and digital coverage, structures the findings, and pushes the finished scan to the people who need it through WhatsApp groups, email and Telegram.

Outcome. A manual morning task became a system that delivers itself, waiting for leadership before the day starts. Transferable. Building the machine that produces the deliverable rather than the deliverable.

Digital Case & Complaint Tracking Portal

Public complaint intake was being handled through informal, untracked channels, with no case visibility and no accountability trail. I defined the workflow and directed an AI-assisted web build for complaint intake and case tracking, with role-based administrative access so different tiers of staff see and act on different parts of the queue.

Stack. React, Vite, Tailwind CSS and Framer Motion, with a motion-driven interface designed to make a bureaucratic process feel navigable. Transferable. Turning an unstructured organisational process into a role-aware software workflow, the core of most internal tooling and govtech engagements.

Data Acquisition & Monitoring Pipelines

Competitive and audience intelligence work depends on structured data that platforms do not hand over. I used AI-assisted tooling to create and maintain extraction pipelines across Instagram, X and YouTube for structured competitive and audience data, plus a public review extraction and classification pipeline used for commercial clients.

Stack. Puppeteer, PhantomBuster, Apify and AI-assisted custom scrapers, with structured classification and automated reporting downstream. Transferable. Defining and validating the data supply underneath an analytics product rather than depending on whatever a vendor chooses to expose.

AI-Native Content Automation Pipeline

Content output was capped by how much a human team could physically write, design and post in a day, and cadence dropped whenever the team was stretched. I configured and iterated a fully automated pipeline that generates content and publishes it to social channels on a continuous schedule with no manual posting step.

Stack. Hermes for generation, n8n for orchestration and scheduling, Claude for reasoning, drafting and quality control. Transferable. Directly applicable to any organisation whose output is capped by manual publishing effort.

Direct-to-Consumer E-Commerce Build & Digital Launch

A direct-to-consumer retail venture needed a complete commercial web presence built from nothing. I delivered the full digital presence: e-commerce website and storefront, product catalogue structure, brand voice and visual identity, supporting social profiles, and an integrated content and audio production approach for product and brand storytelling.

Key challenge. Adapting a high-intensity campaign-style digital playbook into an organic, trust-led consumer brand voice, a completely different register from political communication. Transferable. End-to-end direction of an AI-assisted commercial web build, proving the operating approach is not confined to the political domain.

Presentation & Portfolio Web Builds

Strategy documents lose their force in a slide deck, and senior audiences respond to how a case is staged as much as to what it says. I authored full build specifications and design systems for spatial, scroll-driven presentation websites modelled on premium keynote aesthetics: design north star, navigation shell, section-by-section content and motion direction. I then directed AI build tooling through execution. The same approach produced scroll-scrubbed three-dimensional interfaces and dual-theme presentation sites.

Transferable. Specification writing precise enough that an autonomous build tool produces the intended result first time, fast becoming the core skill in AI-assisted software delivery.

Constituency Digital Intelligence & Scoring Model

Campaigns knew their on-ground strength constituency by constituency, but had no equivalent picture of their digital strength. I built a comprehensive scoring model rating Assembly Constituencies across online indicators: social media performance, volunteer activity, influencer ecosystem density, messaging network penetration, issue virality and party digital footprint.

Outcome. Constituency benchmarking fusing political science, digital analytics and operational reporting into a single comparable index, used for prioritisation decisions. Transferable. Composite index design, the same methodology behind market attractiveness scoring, territory prioritisation and lead scoring.

Electoral Trend & Post-Result Analytics

Strategic planning required understanding not just the last result but the direction of travel across a decade, and then, after the cycle, an honest account of what actually happened. I built long-term trend analysis across Assembly Constituencies spanning four election cycles, tracking vote percentage movement, swing and historical trend, then structured every constituency outcome into a comparable format covering winner, party, vote share, margin, candidate count and total polled.

Transferable. Longitudinal cohort and trend analysis across inconsistent historical datasets, then converting an outcome into a diagnosis rather than a description.

Competitive Digital Narrative Tracking

A new political entrant was growing rapidly online through a structure nobody had properly mapped. I ran sustained competitive intelligence tracking of a rival digital operation: its content style, its volunteer and fan club network structure, and its paid influencer layer, using social listening and cross-platform comment and sentiment classification.

Outcome. Mapped six distinct digital fronts, including an official content unit, a fan club distribution grid and a paid influencer network, which directly informed the leadership strategy presentation that followed. Transferable. Competitor teardown methodology, reverse engineering how an opponent's growth machine actually works.

Crisis Narrative Forensics

Following a mass casualty incident at a political event, public sentiment shifted dramatically within hours. The question was whether that shift was organic. I built a forensic reconstruction of the first twenty-four hours across television channel comment sections: a five-figure volume of comments across dozens of posts on three channels, with timestamped sentiment classification separating grief, accountability demands and conspiracy narrative, plus cross-account duplicate text detection to surface coordinated content.

Outcome. An evidence-based briefing demonstrating how an organic wave of public grief was overtaken by a coordinated counter-narrative within hours. Adopted as the standing template for real-time crisis narrative monitoring. Transferable. Coordinated inauthentic behaviour detection, directly applicable to brand crisis management, trust and safety, and disinformation research.

Booth-Level Voter Sentiment Dipstick Surveys

Campaign messaging was being set on instinct rather than measured sentiment at booth level. I ran large-scale, quota-controlled voter sentiment surveys across two constituencies, with spreadsheet-based demographic quota management and direct field surveyor coordination.

Key challenge. Maintaining strict demographic quotas across a distributed field team to ensure statistical significance and prevent skewed data. Transferable. Primary research design and field operations management, the same discipline as commercial market research at scale.

Out-of-State Election Post-Mortem Analysis

Understanding what worked in another state's assembly election mattered more than defending what had failed at home. I produced detailed analysis of an out-of-state assembly election outcome covering strike rates, seat-level performance, coalition arithmetic, and the strategic shifts that actually drove the result, including hyper-local social engineering and direct benefit delivery layered on top of a national brand.

Transferable. Reading an unfamiliar political market quickly and extracting the transferable mechanism rather than the surface narrative.

Six-Month Strategic Digital Readiness Framework

Post-election, the organisation needed to rebuild digital capability from the ground up rather than patch it campaign by campaign. I authored a multi-pillar strategic blueprint: a five-tier volunteer command hierarchy running from headquarters through district and constituency to ward, a rapid response content factory model for field-level creative, a performance audit framework holding cadre and official handles accountable, and a rural versus urban media penetration model weighing internet reach against cable television household saturation.

Transferable. Designing distributed operating structures and capability-building roadmaps. Organisational design work, not just marketing planning.

Leadership Strategy Presentation: Post-Election Digital Rebuild

After an adverse election result, leadership needed an honest diagnosis of the digital shortfall and a credible path forward, delivered to an audience with very little attention time. I built a leadership-facing deck analysing opposition digital performance and proposing a phased rebuild across six- and nine-month horizons, including a comparative media machine analysis, a listening desk concept for detecting opposition trial balloon messaging before public announcement, historical anti-incumbency modelling, and a costed monthly budget model with phased release schedule.

Transferable. Board-level strategic communication. Diagnosing institutional failure honestly and converting it into an actionable, costed roadmap that senior stakeholders will accept.

Compressed Election Media Hub Operational Blueprint

A state election compresses an entire year of media output into a few weeks, and most organisations collapse under the cadence. I designed a phased operational workflow moving an election media hub from infrastructure setup through active production into a high-volume saturation phase, with structured timeline and resource allocation systems and automated sentiment tracking running throughout. Later reworked into five named teams with district splits, explicit roles per team, a structured delivery timeline and a simplified gamification layer to sustain output.

Transferable. High-tempo operational design. War room and incident command structures for any organisation facing a compressed, high-stakes delivery window.

Shadow Cabinet & Opposition Positioning Strategy

Moving from governing to opposition requires an entirely different organisational and communications posture. I authored a thirteen-part structural strategy document covering opposition shadow cabinet modelling, voter segment mapping, a public speaker series format and a twelve-month organisational roadmap.

Transferable. Long-range institutional strategy authoring, the political equivalent of a multi-year corporate turnaround plan.

Out-of-State Election Readiness & Brand Deck

A state-level principal in another region needed positioning built years ahead of the cycle. I produced a strategic branding and election readiness presentation combining live research, message architecture and a custom regional visual identity.

Transferable. Positioning and brand strategy for a principal, equally applicable to executive and founder personal brand work.

Leadership Intelligence & State Readiness Programme

Modern political leadership is no longer determined solely by governance record, and a senior principal needed a system rather than a campaign. I produced a full programme proposal covering a leadership intelligence framework, flagship proprietary products, programme components, a data collection architecture, a leadership command centre, a reporting framework, roadmap, deliverables and expected outcomes, built around leadership development, public engagement, brand equity and electoral preparedness.

Transferable. Designing a multi-year intelligence and brand equity programme structured as a product rather than a service. Directly transferable to executive reputation and stakeholder intelligence work.

Full Campaign Blueprint & Pitch Deck for an Allied Party

An allied party needed a complete, data-driven campaign masterplan and something credible to present to its own leadership. I built an end-to-end masterplan around an execution loop running from on-ground survey to war room analysis to digital amplification, covering a hyper-local page ecosystem, an AI-powered content and video production line, direct-to-voter messaging outreach at scale, war room design, and a costed, pictorial pitch deck with visual asset direction specified in structured prompt format.

Transferable. Winning and delivering an external client engagement end to end, from diagnosis through masterplan to the deck that sells it.

Welfare Scheme Digital Campaign Programme

Government welfare schemes were being communicated as handouts, a framing that invites resentment rather than recognition, and citizens frequently did not know what they were entitled to or how to claim it. I designed a multi-platform digital campaign reframing flagship state welfare schemes as pillars of long-term social justice and progress, structured into four narrative phases and a three-tier content strategy covering awareness, access and proof, including short-form video and dynamic infographics for the widest-reach schemes, a scheme navigator chatbot concept for personalised eligibility information, and a cascaded testimonial campaign.

Transferable. Public information campaign design that moves an audience from awareness through access to belief, applicable to any policy, product or benefit adoption problem.

Swing Voter Conversion Plan

A campaign in its final stretch needed to move specific voter dispositions rather than broadcast generally. I built a compressed day-by-day plan targeting swing voters, neutral voters, opposition-leaning voters and privileged segments separately, each with a defined core agenda, targeting approach and platform and medium mapping.

Transferable. Audience segmentation by disposition rather than demographic, with a distinct message and channel path for each, the core discipline of conversion marketing.

Perception Correction Playbook

A significant section of the public was being moved by social narrative and data-driven perception management rather than by record. I built a playbook structured around three focus areas covering narrative management, countering misinformation and rebuilding ideological clarity, converted into presentation-ready slide-by-slide content.

Transferable. Structuring a defensive communications position into something a distributed team can actually execute.

Team Capability Model: AI-Multiplied Resourcing

The organisation needed far more output than its headcount and budget allowed, and hiring linearly was not an option. I designed a team model in which every resource is AI-enabled such that each carries the output of several conventional staff, with role definitions, required skill profiles, the execution approach for each workstream and a six-month build timeline to reach the target structure.

Transferable. Workforce design for the AI era, answering what the team should look like rather than how many people it needs.

Departmental Proposals & Pitch Decks

State departments and agencies increasingly need genuine communication capability rather than conventional government advertising, but rarely have an internal function equipped to specify it. I developed and submitted project proposals with detailed pitch decks to each of three state government departments and agencies, covering the problem diagnosis, the proposed programme, the operating structure required to run it, and the deliverables and outcomes attached.

Transferable. Writing to a government audience: departmental proposal structure, public sector procurement register, and the discipline of proposing something a department can actually adopt within its own constraints.

State Fellowship Programme: Social Media & Governance Communication Framework

A state fellowship programme places young professionals inside government departments to monitor delivery, evaluate programmes and support data-driven decision making. Those fellows hold cross-departmental access to data the public never sees, and the programme had no framework for turning that access into public communication. I designed a comprehensive, data-driven framework on a hub-and-spoke model: a central governance hub channel providing a macro view of government performance and leading statewide campaigns, with departmental spokes beneath it, accompanied by a review of fellow output to date, a two-month forward plan, a specified AI tooling stack and a monthly tooling budget.

Transferable. Designing a communication architecture for an institution rather than a campaign, with the governance and budget structure needed for it to be approved and run.

Participatory Governance Communication Framework

Government communication was defaulting to advertising, which citizens increasingly discount. I authored a statewide proposal for a short film festival centred on governance communication, covering vision and mission framing, governance model, festival structure, budget, evaluation framework, implementation strategy, outreach plan, sectoral themes and international precedent analysis, developed and submitted as a pitch deck to the state information and public relations department.

Transferable. Programme design from concept through governance model and budget, the structure of any large-scale initiative proposal or grant application.

Government Scheme Awareness Campaign Production

Scheme eligibility and benefits were being communicated in bureaucratic language the intended beneficiaries did not read. I produced bilingual awareness campaigns translating eligibility and benefits into citizen-facing content across flagship welfare schemes, including a rhythmic long-form narrative video reframing a transport subsidy as an engine of household wealth, following a generational and professional relay across a wide cast of working women from nurses and teachers to flower sellers.

Transferable. Translating policy detail into emotionally legible content without distorting it, the central problem in all public information work.

Government Achievement Documentation & Manifesto Support

Departmental delivery records existed as scattered administrative data with no public-facing narrative attached. I built structured multi-year achievement documentation converting departmental delivery records into public-facing narrative and campaign asset sets at both state and district level, alongside manifesto production support and a structured influencer and volunteer tracking system recording constituency, platform reach and application status across four platforms.

Transferable. Turning administrative record into public narrative, and building the partner tracking infrastructure needed to distribute it.

Multi-Channel Media Organisation Architecture

A media operation dependent on external agencies, with no standardised process, attempting to scale content output across multiple verticals. I designed and built out the organisation's media arm into a large multi-channel digital media organisation: operational systems across Notion, Monday.com, Google Sheets and YouTube Studio; content systems covering AI-assisted scripting, image generation, thumbnail workflows and channel documentation; management systems covering team hierarchy, editorial pipelines, talent onboarding and documentation frameworks.

Outcome. A large in-house multi-channel organisation with a multi-million subscriber base, a substantial content library and a sizeable onboarded creator pipeline, fed by talent hunts and college partnerships. The largest and longest-running organisational initiative in the portfolio. Transferable. Scaling a creative organisation through process rather than headcount.

Media Operations & Workflow Automation

Production was running ad hoc, with no visibility into who was doing what or what was blocked. I formalised production workflows across multiple content teams, with documentation, task management, Kanban boards and priority frameworks, and defined role assignment across content writers, editors, intern teams, senior reviewers, digital marketing and administrative coordination.

Transferable. Operational process design and tooling implementation for multi-team creative environments.

Production Office Buildout

I directed the end-to-end setup of a dedicated production office covering space planning, interior build-out and equipment procurement, modelled on a digital agency operating structure.

Transferable. Facility and capability planning, the physical layer of scaling a creative operation.

Podcast Digital Growth Strategy

A newly launched podcast with a very small subscriber base and no growth plan. I built an integrated growth strategy combining explainer content, podcast distribution, a short-form ecosystem, guest planning and promotional sequencing, delivered with a digital proposal, posting calendar, promotion timeline and paid advertising strategy against a fixed per-episode budget.

Transferable. Channel growth strategy blending organic content design with paid acquisition under a fixed budget.

AI-Driven Tamil Content Ecosystem

Tamil-language digital content was under-served in several high-demand formats, and traditional production economics made it unviable to serve them all. I built multiple AI-powered Tamil content brands spanning history, politics, horror, crime, short films and cultural storytelling, including an educational long-form brand and an AI-generated storytelling brand, plus list-format and documentary-format channels, with purpose-built visual consistency systems to maintain historical accuracy across episodes.

Transferable. Building repeatable generative content pipelines that support portfolio-scale output rather than one-off assets.

Flagship Content Page Build & Brand Naming

I built and led a flagship political content page, growing its production pipeline and cross-platform presence, including brand naming derived from Tamil lyrical heritage so that the page title carried immediate cultural recognition rather than requiring explanation.

Transferable. Brand naming and positioning grounded in cultural source material rather than generic ideation.

Organic Multi-Profile Growth & Digital Asset System

The organisation held a large and growing portfolio of social profiles across commercial and political accounts, run inconsistently with no shared standard. I built a repeatable organic growth methodology applied consistently across every profile: restructuring the digital assets behind each account, optimising each profile for discoverability and consistency, and running organic content programmes to grow reach without paid acquisition. On the commercial side this built brand identity from nothing. On the political side it was deliberately used to build loyalty to the party and its institutions ahead of loyalty to any single leader.

Transferable. Organic growth methodology and multi-account portfolio management, plus a specific strategic insight: designing communication to build institutional loyalty rather than personality dependence, directly transferable to succession planning and brand resilience work.

Content Creator Development Formula & Talent Mentorship

Scaling content output required a continuous supply of capable content creators, and conventional hiring could not produce them fast enough or reliably enough. I built a structured, repeatable formula for developing a content creator out of raw, untrained talent: selection criteria, a defined training progression and performance benchmarks at each stage. I applied it directly, mentoring a cohort of more than seventy talents into functioning content creators over the course of a year.

Transferable. Talent development systems design, the same discipline as structured onboarding, apprenticeship and capability building programmes in any content, sales or creative organisation.

AI-Augmented Performance Advertising: Meta & Google

Conventional paid social and search advertising relies either on platform automation with limited strategic control, or manual targeting built on incomplete human intuition. I built a performance advertising practice on what is effectively a structured second brain for each brand or product: AI-led analysis of audience, creative and performance signals combined deliberately with human strategic judgement, consolidated into a single reference model that every campaign decision is run against.

Transferable. AI-augmented paid media strategy, applicable to any performance marketing function looking to combine automation with retained human judgement rather than choosing one over the other.

Talent Acquisition & Creator Onboarding Pipeline

Scaling content output required a continuous supply of designers, editors, writers and producers, sourced faster than conventional recruitment allows. I built a structured recruitment pipeline capturing candidate skills, tool proficiency, portfolio links, experience level, preferred work type and expected compensation into a comparable database, feeding onboarding across design, video, content and campaign roles, supported by talent hunts and college partnerships.

Transferable. Partner and creator network operations covering recruitment, qualification, tracking and activation at scale.

Editorial Standards & Channel Documentation

I authored channel documentation, SOPs and editorial pipeline design standardising how content is planned, produced, reviewed and published across the full channel portfolio.

Transferable. Documentation and standards work, the unglamorous layer that determines whether a creative operation can grow without quality collapse.

AI Video Production as Daily Practice

Routine end-to-end production of complete, finished video using advanced AI generation tooling: visual generation, voice synthesis, scoring and post production, at a volume and cadence that would conventionally require a full production team. Includes serialised narrative work with strict character and visual continuity held across long runs.

Stack. Hailuo, Kling, Veo and Runway for video, ElevenLabs for voice, Suno for scoring, Midjourney, Flux, ComfyUI, Magnific and Freepik for imagery, with Tamil and Thanglish prompt engineering as a technical instrument for cultural accuracy. Transferable. AI production direction at scale, the emerging discipline of directing generative systems rather than crews.

AI Creative Director System: Frame-by-Frame Continuity

The core failure mode in generative video is not image quality, it is continuity. Characters drift, locations change, lighting resets, and the result reads as a slideshow rather than a film. I built a reusable AI director system that ingests a full script, generates a consistent character sheet plus location, prop and element definitions, then breaks the script into frame-by-frame image and animation prompts, each explicitly continuous with the frame before it, specifying camera angle shifts, transitions, dialogue attribution and the exact assets to attach at each step.

Key challenge. Bridging disparate generation tools while holding narrative and visual continuity across an entire production, a problem of pipeline design, not individual prompt quality. Transferable. Directing a system that makes unreliable technology produce reliable output, which is the core challenge in practical applied AI work.

Cinematic AI Reconstruction of a News Event

A major public event needed to be told visually at a moment when no usable footage existed. I built a frame-by-frame cinematic short entirely from AI generation, reconstructing the event with location-accurate settings, a fixed colour palette, a defined lighting scheme and a consistent render style held across every frame, cut at two-second granularity in vertical format.

Transferable. Cinematic direction of generative systems under editorial accuracy constraints.

Reusable AI Persona & Assistant Systems

I designed multiple reusable AI assistant personas with locked system instructions for specific production jobs: viral short-form extraction from long-form Tamil political content with timestamped cut lists, structured prompt generation for poster and shot direction with a defined output schema, and campaign director assistants enforcing cultural, geographic and visual accuracy on every generated frame.

Transferable. System prompt engineering as production infrastructure, letting a team produce consistent output without prompt expertise.

AI Persona Simulation Model for Audience Response Testing

A public figure's team needed to anticipate how a regional online audience would actually respond to communications before publishing them. I built a generative AI persona simulation model replicating authentic social media audience interaction patterns, incorporating regional linguistic nuance including code-switching, built on a prompt architecture and linguistic topology framework, with a structured vision input pipeline mapping a social post screenshot to four extracted data points.

Transferable. Synthetic audience modelling, pre-testing messaging against a simulated audience before public release, applicable to brand, product and political communications alike.

AI-Driven Multimedia & Simulation Pipeline

Traditional media production was the bottleneck in campaign responsiveness. The strategy was ready days before the assets were. I built an automated pipeline for campaign visuals, data simulation and multimedia content generation, including complex prompt engineering for consistent mascot creation, stop-motion animation sequences and integration of synthesised voice with automated video scripts.

Outcome. Drastically compressed production cycles, and a deliberate organisational shift from interface-based tools to API-driven, enterprise-scale content generation. Transferable. Moving an organisation from manual creative production to programmatic content infrastructure.

Music, Audio & Bilingual Writing

Original Tamil track production for campaign and content use covering composition direction, lyric development and AI-assisted scoring, alongside voice synthesis and audio post for video. In parallel, Tamil and English scripting across campaign video, long-form speech writing for public addresses with region-specific cultural and religious framing, and timed subtitle production for political video.

Transferable. Original creative output in a regional language, including the register control needed to write a public address rather than a caption.

Generative Workflow Template Design

I authored structured operating instructions for node-based generative design workflows, defining how text, assistant, style and image nodes connect, so that a team can reproduce consistent output without individual prompt expertise.

Transferable. Turning personal tooling skill into a documented team capability, the step most individual AI practitioners never take.

High-Tier Mobile Live Broadcast Architecture

Rally coverage typically fixes on the leader and misses the crowd, losing the emotional evidence that makes the footage persuasive. I designed a multi-unit live broadcast architecture for moving rally coverage, holding equal focus on the leader, crowd emotion and real-time public response: a nine-person crew across five camera positions plus aerial coverage, with a defined pre-arrival, arrival, address and departure shot sequence and a 4K-ready live switching workflow.

Stack. Sony cinema cameras, DJI drones and multi-unit 4K live infrastructure, with equipment manifests and specialist hiring requirements authored in house. Transferable. Live production design and specialist crew assembly for high-pressure, no-second-take environments.

International Principal Travel as a Communications Operation

A landmark European diaspora and institutional visit, run across two legs: the first centred on investment memoranda, the second on a university portrait unveiling marking the centenary of a social reform movement, together with an academic keynote, two book launches and an interaction with students and graduates. The visit had to land with three audiences simultaneously: the domestic electorate, the global diaspora, and an international academic and press audience. I led the digital propagation end to end, through a large coordinated distribution network of aligned pages with cumulative reach in the millions, organised volunteer activation for hashtag trending, a dedicated opt-in messaging list, and the activation of a substantial group of aligned creators.

Key challenge. Timezone lag and register. The delegation was active while Tamil Nadu slept, so the domestic feed had to be kept alive on pre-built assets and scheduled drops, and the content had to carry two registers at once, academic and institutional for the university audiences, emotive heritage for the home electorate, without either undercutting the other. Transferable. Running international principal travel as a communications operation: multi-timezone scheduling, diaspora activation, institutional and press coordination, and holding one narrative across three registers at the same time.

Event Budgeting & Production Planning

Full rally budget breakdowns and production plans covering crew, equipment, logistics, timeline and contingency for large-scale public events.

Transferable. Costing and resourcing a live event to a defensible budget line, the practical constraint most creative plans ignore.

Guest Experience & Review Intelligence

A major leisure venue held years of public guest feedback that nobody had systematically read, while commissioning conventional research to answer questions the feedback already contained. I built structured analysis of a large body of public guest reviews, classifying each by sentiment tone, recency, the specific operational pillar it concerned and the strategic takeaway it implied, converting unstructured public narrative into an operational improvement roadmap. The same method was subsequently applied to a food and beverage operator, isolating service, quality and peak-hour capacity issues from customer narrative.

Transferable. Extracting operational intelligence from public feedback at volume, a faster and dramatically cheaper alternative to commissioned customer research.

Sports Analytics & Auction Modelling

A professional league mock auction with a fixed budget cap is a constrained optimisation problem dressed as a hobby. I built advanced statistical analysis covering player-versus-player performance modelling, squad selection optimisation, a custom scoring system and auction bidding strategy, incorporating external variables such as venue-specific weather conditions.

Transferable. Custom algorithm design against noisy, multi-variable datasets under hard constraints.

Commercial & Analytical Side Engagements

Digital asset procurement including negotiation and management of large-scale digital art library and platform bundle acquisitions to support creative production workflows. Digital management of residential property listings, tenant interaction and performance analytics. Cross-state transit coordination and routing logic for complex multi-stop expeditions.

Transferable. Breadth: vendor negotiation, asset management and logistics planning alongside the core strategy and build work.

Rapid Consultations & Micro Initiatives

A recurring stream of smaller engagements that collectively demonstrate range: branding for multiple organisational wings, creative club identity development, cultural calendar concepts, long-form content series planning, documentary and folk art project preparation, green screen advertisement production, logo ideation, culturally grounded office and team naming systems, internship structure planning, external creator workshop programming, talent hunt architecture, college partnership planning, colour-coded project tracking systems, performance appraisal and structured evaluation language, spreadsheet workflow templates, scene segmentation storyboarding, prompt engineering for illustrated narratives, conference and event branding, print and publication design, merchandise and volunteer kit design, and secure design platform administration for collaborative teams.
